Founded a bilingual job platform for Tripura and Northeast India.

The problem

Job seekers and employers in Tripura and Northeast India needed a trusted, local way to find each other.

What we did

• Built the full stack: React 18, TypeScript and Vite with Tailwind, Radix UI and Framer Motion; Express with Drizzle ORM on PostgreSQL.
• Added dual sign-in flows for job seekers and businesses, JSONB-based job role matching and trust score verification.
• Added i18next with English, Bengali and Kokborok, plus PDF resume and QR code generation with Puppeteer.
• Deployed on Vercel with analytics and speed insights.
