An end-to-end app for phlebotomists, from order assignment to sample barcode scanning.

The problem

Phlebotomists in the field needed one tool for the whole sample collection lifecycle.

What we did

• Built order assignment dashboards and route optimisation.
• Added on-site camera integration for document capture.
• Added barcode scanning to identify sample tubes.
• Added real-time GPS tracking for dispatch and arrival estimates.

Result

Field staff run the full collection lifecycle from one app.

What I learned
