The problem
Guests complete a set of pre-trip tasks, and staff need to know when each one is done; completion speed, input errors and abandonment were the measures to improve.
What we did
- Built a task-based checklist module with form submission per task.
- Used Salesforce Chatter field tracking for asynchronous notifications to staff.
- Implemented visibility logic so each guest only sees the tasks that apply to them.
